Who we are
RMB is an online presence for the RMB Ltd. Group.
All digital materials are purely illustrative and reproduction of exteriors and interiors is done with the kind permission of the respective owners and authors.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
No information is retained for any purpose aside for that required strictly for the function of certain website elements; such as using a contact form or participating in conversation.
The same applies to cookies. Creation and modification of cookies is built into the WordPress framework and their function will be defined by their policy. The RMB Ltd. Group does not participate in any information gathered by those means.
Who we share your data with
Your data is not shared with anyone outside of the RMB Ltd. Group and will only be shared internally when absolutely necessary, e.g.: during secure archival or wherever an employee has reason for it. Your data may be deleted at any time on request, but will be deleted as a matter of course as it loses its relevance over time.
How long we retain your data
Communications and client data in relation to our business will only be kept for reference purposes. Wherever possible, identities are protected.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, for example to participate in conversation, you may request to receive an exported file of any generated or captured personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we erase or anonymise personal details we hold about you. This would not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, financial or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Malicious intrusion is logged and shared with the security community. All other sources of live data will be deleted either when they pass out of scope (data has been rendered irrelevant by circumstance or time-frame) or have been securely archived
Your contact information
Contact information is treated in an analogous way to all personal data; it is never shared externally, it is rarely used internally, and to minimise losses or breaches only the site administrator is allowed to process or import / export the data. Whenever the data is exported off-site, it is assumed the data will be encrypted to modern standard and the passkey known only to the technical administrator
How we protect your data
Encryption is used throughout during communications. Backups are always encrypted. Client information is only stored on-site or on a private server; it is never accessible without identification and never stored on a mobile device that may be easily compromised.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Data breach is very unlikely thanks to continual maintenance, vigilance and up-to-date countermeasures against hackers and opportunists. Should data be stolen, every effort will be made to determine the source of the hack, lock down any accounts that may be exposed using the stolen data and act in a timely fashion so affected users have the opportunity to change passwords and take necessary measures to protect themselves ahead of time
What third parties we receive data from
No data is shared by third parties unless it is embedded within the WordPress framework. Some amount of traffic analysis is available, but it is always anonymized
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
Data will be collated from time to time to better understand the inter-relationship between client and business and assess where weaknesses lie in the service structure; exclusively with the purpose of improving the client experience
